Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake

Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake

By Josi Trotter

This recipe is such a hybrid I don’t even know what to call it, all I know is, it tastes pretty good! It is so easy to make as you just throw everything in a blender then bake and top with whatever you fancy (more peanut butter in my case…)

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Multitasker
  • 1.5 tablespoons cacao powder
  • Half an avocado
  • 50ml milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 200ml egg white
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 50ml date nectar (or maple syrup)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees
  2. Put all your ingredients apart from the peanut butter into a blender, and blend on high until well combined into a cake batter
  3. Pour into a lined loaf tin and drizzle over the peanut butter, then spread the peanut butter so it covers the top of the loaf (you can swirl it round a little to create a cool pattern if you like!)
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a knife in the centre comes out clean
  5. Leave to cool and serve with greek yoghurt and extra peanut butter
