Smoothie bowls are not just for the summer! With two rich sources of Vitamin C (strawberries and baobab), this is the perfect breakfast during the colder months to give your immune system a string boost. With the Multitasker in the mixture as well as Wonderballs on top, the extra protein works to keep you satisfied until lunch.
Makes 1 bowl
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 sachet Mixed Berry Multitasker
- 1 tablespoon baobab powder
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- Toppings: 3-4 Wonderballs, berries, coconut chips, granola
Blend all ingredients, pour into a bowl and top with Wonderballs and other toppings.
