Coffee Protein Walnut Cake

COFFEE WALNUT CAKE 

Ingredients 

 

  • 2 scoops of MISSFITS Coffee Protein Multitasker 
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 250g vegan butter
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 250ml Plant milk - we used Plenish coffee almond shake
  • 75g walnuts
Topping 

Method

Mix all dry ingredients together and then add vegan butter and plant m*lk together and whisk everything together. Bake at 180 degrees for 45min. For the topping whisk the yoghurt and protein together, let the cake cool down completely before you add the topping.
