2 rounds - 45 seconds work - 15 seconds rest
Rest for 1 minute in between each round

1) Plank slaps
2) Plank burpee jumps
3) Squat and leg raise
4) Squat jumps
5) Crunch and climb
6) Crunch and pass
7) Press up and pass
8) Press and deadlift
9) Bike crunch

*Don't forget to swap around in round 2* (ie if you did the plank in round 1, now you do the burpees)
