More than ever girls are feeling the pressures of society to look a certain way, but we should all be loving and embracing our bodies because we are all beautiful. We should be encouraging others to love their body whatever shape and size!
 
Today we're sharing a gentle yoga flow to help you connect with your body. If you're new to yoga, start with a gentle flow to open up the heart. Ideal for mornings or evenings to get a soothing stretch and a light twisting of the spine.
