The lovely Hannah from @hannahandfitness took part in our 'Love Yourself This Valentine's with MissFits'. From perfection, to abs, to being a #fitspo, and shows how important it is to love yourself as you are.

Over to Hannah:

"It may sound arrogant or 'vain' admitting the fact that you love yourself - but truth is, it really isn't. Loving your body has got to be one of the most important things to contribute to overall happiness.

Truth is, I'm sick of people telling me and others what the ideal weight is. Whether 'abs' are in or if you should be doing cardio. Blah blah blah. The truth of the matter is that perfection is subjective and individual. Everybody is beautiful in their own way.

Unfortunately, there's so much pressure on people to be 'perfect'. You've gotta have your life figured out by a certain age, you gotta look a certain way and you gotta act a certain way. When will be able to pick up a magazine with normal, un-airbrushed women and feel good about ourselves? EVERYTHING is under a microscope in life and social media but truth is, nobody is who they appear to be.

The magazines girls don't even look like the magazine girls, us 'fitness inspo s' don't even look like how we do in all our flexed photos. Take everything with a pinch of salt and just remember that despite everything, you are perfect whether you have a big butt or not or some abs.

Loving yourself is such a powerful level of beauty. So I want you guys to take part in the revolution, love yourself and all your imperfections and differences. The exterior isn't all it seems and truth is, how you feel inside is your golden ticket to happiness. A little bit of self love never hurt nobody 💛"
