A Bowl of Goodness - The Best Protein Oats

Vanilla, Raisin, Banana and Chia Seed Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 45 grams oats
  • 180 millilitres almond milk
  • 1 Sachet MissFits Vanilla Protein
  • 20 grams raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Half teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 60 grams banana

Method

Add your banana to a bowl and smash to form a puree   

Next add all the dry ingredients and stir until they are thoroughly mixed

Pour in the almond milk and vanilla essence  (don't be afraid to cover your oats with the milk as they will soak it up)

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined

Place in the fridge overnight

Take  out  the  next  morning,  add  additional  toppings  (banana, cherries, maple syrup etc) and enjoy!

This recipe is perfect for busy days when you don't have time to make yourself a nutritious breakfast and is great as a post workout meal.
