Blackberry Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
  • 3/4 ripe banana (save the rest for topping)
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • 1 sachet Mixed Berry Multitasker
  • 1/2 cup brown rice milk
1. Blend together banana, blackberries, lemon juice and brown rice milk for a few seconds.
2. Once blended, add the remaining ingredients (cinnamon, maca, Multitasker) to the blender and blend again until completely smooth.
3. Transfer to a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
