Chai Latte-Spiced Smoothie Bowl

 

This deliciously creamy smoothie bowl is loaded with all immune-boosting spices found in a Chai Latte, from ginger to cinnamon, whilst being rich in protein and naturally sweetened with just one very ripe banana!

Makes 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 sachet Vanilla Multitasker
  • ¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Toppings: frozen berries, coconut chips, sunflower seeds, granola, passion fruit

Method

Blend all ingredients, pour into a bowl and assemble toppings.
