1 x sachet Chocolate Multitasker
1/2 cup Chi coconut milk
3 heaped tablespoons Chi coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup ground almond
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 heaped tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
Melt some coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, pour in about 3 tablespoons of the batter to make round pancakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are browned and there are small bubbles on the top.
Flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Repeat until no batter is left.
Top with any and all toppings and enjoy!
