Creamy Chocolate Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 very ripe banana (I used the other half for topping)
2 medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons lucuma powder
1 sachet Chocolate Multitasker
Toppings of choice

Method:
1. Mash the half banana in a bowl.
2. Add all other ingredients (except toppings) to the bowl and mix well
3. Place in the fridge to thicken overnight.
4. In the morning, cover with your favourite toppings - I used the other half of the banana, raspberries, cacao nibs, and cashew butter.
