Fluffy Protein Pancake Stack

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium/large banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp oats
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Multitasker
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1/2 a tsp baking powder
  • a splash of milk of choice⠀

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, then stir add the blueberries so they stay whole. 
  2. Fry the mixture in some coconut oil until golden brown and the top starts to form small bubbles. 
  3. Flip and fry until golden, serve and enjoy!
