- 1 egg
- 1 medium/large banana
- 1 heaped tbsp coconut flour
- 1 heaped tbsp oats
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Multitasker
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1/2 a tsp baking powder
- a splash of milk of choice⠀
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, then stir add the blueberries so they stay whole.
- Fry the mixture in some coconut oil until golden brown and the top starts to form small bubbles.
- Flip and fry until golden, serve and enjoy!
