How To Make Protein Porridge Proats

This is our Harley Street nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert's favourite bowl of protein oats. Known on Instagram as #proats, this is an amazing way to start your day as it adds extra protein to your oats to keep you feeling satisfied for longer!

Ingredients:

1 x sachet Chocolate Multitasker
1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
300ml almond milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring frequently, until the oats are nice and creamy - adding more almond milk or water if needed. Serve in a bowl with any and all desired toppings!
