This is our Harley Street nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert's favourite bowl of protein oats. Known on Instagram as #proats, this is an amazing way to start your day as it adds extra protein to your oats to keep you feeling satisfied for longer!
- 1 x sachet Chocolate Multitasker
- 1/2 cup (50g) rolled oats
- 300ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring frequently, until the oats are nice and creamy - adding more almond milk or water if needed.
- Serve in a bowl with any and all desired toppings!
