2/3 courgette (I use raw but steamed and frozen works too!)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 sachet Mixed Berry Multitasker
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon tahini
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
- First blend the courgette, blueberries and cashew milk together.
- Add the Multitasker, chia seeds, tahini and peanut butter to the blender and blend again.
- Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries/granola/quinoa pops/seeds
