- 300ml coconut or almond milk
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 serving Vanilla Protein Multitasker
- 1/4 cup mixed frozen berries
Place the first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a glass and set side.
Add the frozen berries to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend again until smooth.
Slowly pour on top of the first smoothie and use a spoon to create a ripple effect.
