Blueberry & Vanilla Protein Cake (single serve)

This light, fluffy, low carb and high protein cake is good for even those biggest of cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet or scoop Vanilla Multitasker
  • 80g Blueberries
  • 50g Egg Whites
  • 10g Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (adding the fruit last).
  2. Add in to a lined tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170C for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and enjoy this guilt free cake!
