This light, fluffy, low carb and high protein cake is good for even those biggest of cravings!
- 1 sachet or scoop Vanilla Multitasker
- 80g Blueberries
- 50g Egg Whites
- 10g Coconut Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- Mix all the ingredients together (adding the fruit last).
- Add in to a lined tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170C for 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool and enjoy this guilt free cake!
