- 3 tablespoons Coconut Collaborative vanilla yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 X Vanilla Multitasker
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Add all the ingredients, except blueberries, to a blender and blend until fully combined.
Spoon the mixture into a preheated waffle iron, dot with blueberries, and cook for about 3 minutes, or until cooked through.
Serve with any desired toppings and a drizzle of maple syrup.
