Now for the Vanilla Protein Smoothie Bowl!
- 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1 cup water
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 sachet MissFits Vanilla Multitasker
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 medjool date, pitted (optional for added sweetness)
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and if you'd like a bit more sweetness, add the pitted date and blend for another minute or until incorporated.
- Fill into a glass or bowl and top with nut butter and Buckinola. Enjoy!
