Morning Glutes Circuit with Sunshine and Waffles. Using just body weight, a step and a kettle (or anything weighted).
1) Bulgarian Split Squats (repeat 12 times on each leg).
2) Pulse Sumos (12 reps)
3) Weighted Glute Bridge (12-15 reps)
4) Russian Deadlifts (12 reps)
5) Donkey Kicks (15 each leg)
6) Finisher!! Squat jumps to failure
