2. Low Curtsey Squat Jump
3. Lateral Lunge - Single Leg Romanian Deadlift - Reverse Lunge
4. Skater Jumps
5. Commandos
6. Leg Lifts
7. Single Leg Lifts

All for x 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest between exercises. Repeat 3-5 rounds with 60 seconds rest between rounds.
