Summer Detox Yoga

We are all familiar with that post-Christmas detox but rarely take time to reset our bodies throughout the remainder of the year despite the fact we tend to drink more in the summer months and indulge in holiday treats when travelling abroad. That is why I always like to treat myself and my students to a seasonal detoxing sequence.

Not only does it help aid the digestive system, it naturally massages the internal organs to help encourage them to work that little bit more efficiently leaving you feeling energised and uplifted. What’s more anyone can do the sequence and you don’t need to go to a yoga studio to do it, all you need is a mat and a block in the comfort of your own home.
